Podolic meat

The breed podolica seems to have been introduced by the Huns in the fifth century AD, the name in fact, refers to the region of Podol, in the central Ukraine. Almost disappeared until a few years ago, due to low quantitative produced milk, now are coming back into vogue, thanks to the organoleptic characteristics of its cheeses and flesh, they are simply unique.
