Podolic Caciocavallo

Made exclusively from the milk of podolica cows. It's a fine cheese of high quality. The podolica cow produces less milk than the standard breed but of higher quality. It can reach a seasoning of 5 or 6 years, with unique organoleptic characteristics, different for each stage of seasoning.
